Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this website and services provided by ORAVIECO LLC, a limited liability company organized in Montana, USA. By using our site or purchasing services you agree to these Terms.

We provide marketing consulting, audits, strategy and advisory services as described on our Services and Pricing pages or in a written proposal. Specific deliverables are defined in each order or statement of work.

Fees are in USD and listed on our Pricing page or proposal. One-time services are paid in advance. Monthly plans are billed in advance each month and renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days' written notice.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to needed accounts and materials, and to make final decisions about execution and ad spend.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue, rankings, leads or other results.

Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates and know-how.

Both parties will keep non-public information shared during the engagement confidential.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 14 days of written notice. Fees for work already performed remain payable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Flathead County, Montana.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
