Refund & Cancellation Policy

You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if work has not yet started. Once the kickoff call has taken place, a 50% refund is available until the final deliverable is sent. No refunds after delivery.

Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Cancellation stops future billing; the current paid month is not refunded once work for that month has started.

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, tell us within 14 days and we will revise it at no extra cost.

Email us with your name, invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve the issue quickly.
